Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I am available for freelance work Monday to Saturday, with flexible working hours based on the needs of the client. My typical availability is from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EAT (East Africa Time). I can also adjust my schedule for time zone compatibility, urgent tasks, or long-term projects if discussed in advance.
💬 Communication Terms
Clear, timely communication is a priority for me. I aim to respond to all messages within 1 to 12 hours, depending on the time of day. I’m available for updates and discussions through:
Guru messaging system (preferred)
WhatsApp or Zoom (for ongoing or long-term clients)
I provide regular updates for ongoing projects and welcome any feedback to ensure the work aligns with your expectations.
💳 Preferred Payment Terms
All payments should be made through Guru’s SafePay system to protect both the client and freelancer. This also helps ensure clarity and professionalism.
I accept:
Hourly projects with a minimum of 1 hour
Milestone-based projects
Fixed-price tasks for clearly defined deliverables
Invoices are generated according to the agreement, and I begin work once a milestone is funded or an agreement is confirmed via SafePay.
📦 Project Delivery
All work is delivered on time, with attention to quality and detail. Deadlines will always be respected, and any potential delays will be communicated early. I am committed to 100% client satisfaction and am happy to make revisions based on agreed project scope.
