I’m a multidisciplinary professional who thrives at the intersection of structure, creativity, and purpose. Over more than a decade, I’ve delivered projects and systems that turn complex ideas into tangible, measurable outcomes, from public-sector transformation programmes to start-ups, social enterprises, and creative ventures.
My career began in design and creative production, where I learned how to translate vision into form. I later founded JPG Creates, directing projects in digital design, brand development, and creative education. That entrepreneurial experience sharpened my skills in planning, budgeting, and operational delivery.
Building on that foundation, I went on to co-found Building Resilience in Children and Communities Ltd, a supported-accommodation start-up for care leavers. As Director, I designed every policy, system, and governance document required for Ofsted readiness, developing deep expertise in compliance, documentation, and organisational infrastructure. Before that, I contributed to large-scale change initiatives such as the Surrey Fire and Rescue Service Transformation Programme, where I supported project governance, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Across every role, I’m known for bringing calm structure, analytical depth, and human-centred thinking. I value integrity, curiosity, and clarity, whether I’m mapping workflows, crafting policy frameworks, or mentoring learners. Outside work, I’m a maker and gardener at heart. I enjoy creative craft, photography, and spending time outdoors, interests that keep me grounded and fuel my sense of design and systems thinking.
Today, I combine my project management, business analysis, and creative communication skills to help clients strengthen operations, secure funding, and communicate with confidence. Work Terms
Availability:
I’m available Monday to Friday for standard projects and can accommodate weekend or evening work for urgent or time-sensitive deadlines.
Rates:
My hourly rate ranges between $35 – $45 USD, depending on project scope, complexity, and timeline. Fixed-price quotes are available for defined deliverables (e.g., documentation packs, business plans, or project setups).
Communication:
My preferred communication method via the Guru messaging system, ensuring clarity, record-keeping, and structured updates. I’m also happy to arrange scheduled video or voice calls for briefings and progress reviews when helpful. Written summaries follow all meetings to maintain transparency and alignment.
Project Process:
Initial Brief / Discovery: I review goals, context, and scope.
Proposal & Estimate: You receive a detailed outline of deliverables, timeline, and cost.
Agreement: Once approved, I begin work with agreed milestones.
Progress Updates: Regular status reports and shared document drafts.
Review & Handover: Final deliverables supplied in requested formats with revision support.
Payment Terms:
Projects under $250: full payment upfront.
Projects above $250: 50% deposit on start, 50% upon completion.
For ongoing or hourly work, invoices are issued weekly or bi-weekly via Guru’s SafePay system.
All fees are exclusive of platform service charges unless otherwise specified.

All work is reviewed for accuracy, consistency, and professional formatting. I value feedback and welcome collaboration throughout the process.
Confidentiality:
I treat client information as strictly confidential and will sign NDAs upon request.
