With my most recent profession in the operational realm, in order to be efficient I had to begin by understanding what the goal was for the day. By knowing the set goal, I planned and deployed a strategic and tactical plan in order to meet and exceed the laid out goal. Throughout the daily process, different problems would develop, which demanded of me to communicate, adjust, and iterate my plan accordingly, to solve said problems in order to achieve the goal set out to be completed, which in return increased customer satisfaction.
Using these skills as UX designer I have been able iterate in a way that provides great experiences on mobile and desktop interfaces. My journey is to keep making key experiences that can revolutionize the human-computer interaction in a way that is efficient for both the business and, especially, the user.
