After graduating with a International Relations Bachelor Degree at the UNIVALI (Brazil), and due to the vast experience in a multicultural environment, I've decided to work freelance and support companies around the world to build a interdependent environment focus in the global reality.
I've worked with companies like Amazon and Citibank, leaders in customer centric and customer satisfaction strategies. Also, due to my professional background, I've translated from and to English, Portuguese and Spanish, wich allows me to be familiar with instant translation and documentation.
My goal: work hard towards the company's success while improving my skills and help my colleagues improve theirs.
