Hi there ! My name is Josif and i am a licensed fitness trainer.
I have finished educational courses about fitness and nutrition and posture correction. I have been training people and making individual workout programs for more than 4 years.

I am specialist in making indoor programs such as workouts at home with or without equipment (bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, minibands, minor gym equipment) and outdoor programs as well, such as beach parks, gyms, street workout parks etc…

I have been researching fitness world for more than 6 years. In that period of time I gained lots of knowledge about training, nutrition, supplement usage and so on. Now when i collected all of that knowledge and wisdom i opened my personal Instagram page where i share free tips for people who are interested in lifting, you can check it up, it's called Dzabe_fitness.

I am a calisthenic athlete and I occasionally hit the gym. Calisthenic is sport where you train your muscles by using your own bodyweight. Currently I am working as online fitness trainer on UpWork, and i am coaching via Zoom app.

My schedule is really flexible so I can accommodate to your needs. I would be more than happy to help you reach your fitness goals. I am a fitness enthusiast and I honestly enjoy doing this. Lets make those gains! :)

I am as well self-taught designer based in Serbia. I am very good at making different styles of logos, designs (flat, playful, retro/vintage, black & white, minimal, modern...), brochures, flyers, etc... I am working in adobe illustrator.
