Hi there, it is me Jovany, you’re on-call General Virtual Assistant.

One of my opinionated passions in my life is to help someone who needs help; which as a General Virtual Assistant is a purposeful way that I can offer help to those Goal Oriented Professionals (e.g. Doctors, Engineers, Teachers, Coaches, Executives) Businessman or even busy parents. These decisive/strong-minded individuals that I mentioned above understand that time is the most valuable resource. With so much on their plate, they must make the best of their time. However, inevitable non-core tasks get in the way of making that happen. Even a simple doing like checking emails already takes a staggering 24% of a CEO’s time.

As a virtual assistant, business owners can streamline several responsibilities. For example, instead of sending out calendar invites, they can go straight ahead attending a meeting and have me as a virtual assistant handle the invites. While the task sounds easy to do, it still gets a chunk of their valuable time.

I can take care of tasks such as creating presentations, researching for clients, and emailing applicants, respectively. I can also create social media posts for those sales professionals such as insurance and real estate agents.
To those businessmen struggling to promote the product or services they offer. I can help them as a General Virtual Assistant, by searching and emailing different prospects, creating videos, graphic designing, and posting to different social media platforms.

I am now very assertive to get the best from the system, by combining my 13 years of experience as a salesman in a corporate world and having a business for 5 years where more keeping in touch with my customer, which I can also say the same in meeting a client online through the monitor of my PC. In this case, I can attach my training as my experience provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology here in my country (Philippines).
