English to Spanish Translator and Bilingual Customer Happiness Officer with business management studies
I am from Bogota, Colombia. I am studying business at EAN University (coursing my last year to get the Bachelor in Business), and I have more than 10 years’ work experience.
During 2003, I lived for 7 months in the United States, on a trip where I was able to not only improve my English language skills but also had the opportunity to meet different places and enjoy a variety of local cultures in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Virginia.
I have 8 years of experience as a coach with the program Organizational Happiness (consultative sales, customer happiness, conflict resolution, teamwork, leadership, Self-Esteem, language and communication skills, etc). Please find video links in my CV.
During the last years, I have been working as a producer in audiovisual projects, so I have been following technical concepts related to narrative lines. Currently, and since the last 8 months, as Sci-fi novels translator En-Sp, and translated 3 Personal Growth books and other 2 books in progress. That helps me developing translating, language construction and grammar skills in different contexts.
Related to Management, working remote for an US company (Architectural finishes market), American Products Suppliers ASP-International, as Manager for Latinoamerican Market – Business development (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Panamá), in mission of open new business markets, recruiting and training teams and representatives (sales, customer happiness).
Work Terms
I have a flexible schedule but preferred late evening, dawn and morning (-5 UTC)
I am ready to work in a specific project, or part-time/full-time job.
Payment can be agreed per project, biweekly or monthly, can be made by wire transfer to a bank account, PayPal or Xoom (PayPal service).
