Work Terms
Work terms:
Hours of operation: I am available to work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST. I may also be available for occasional evening or weekend work on a case-by-case basis.
Payment terms: I prefer to be paid on a per-project basis, with a 50% deposit due upfront and the remaining balance due upon completion. I accept payment through PayPal or direct bank transfer.
Preferred communication style: I prefer to communicate through email or online project management tools, such as Asana or Trello. I am also available for video or phone calls as needed.
Revisions and changes: I allow for up to two rounds of revisions and changes to the project, after which any additional changes will be billed at an hourly rate.
Ownership and intellectual property: Upon payment of the final invoice, all rights to the completed work will be transferred to the client. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for any third-party materials used in the project.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time, but the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to that point.
Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration.
