I have worked in the computer repair / IT managed services industry for over 10 years now.

In that time, I have worked on things such as:

- Desktops
- Servers (MS Server 2003, 2008, 2012, SBS variants, etc)
- Microsoft Exchange
- Active Directory
- Group Policy

I have gained experience with various software suites over the years at different businesses too:

- Accounting (SAGE products, The Broker's workstation, TPS time and billing, Quickbooks)
- Various implementations of SQL (MySQL, MSSQL, SQLite, etc

In my spare time, I also am a programmer. I originally went to university for Computer Science, before I decided IT was my passion.

Work Terms

I have signed many NDA's in the past and am not afraid to do so.

Large jobs ($1000 or greater) will be split into milestones. Usually half at 50% completion. I am flexible and we can work out a deal.
