I’ve been working with this industry for 6 yrs and with that span of time I’ve handled different type of accounts deal with different types of people, with my current job with Tata Consultancy Services handling a mortgage account, insurance, escrow account and lost draft claims.
In the past years I have experienced with technical support. I have experience as a work force management checking for service level, call volume and time management. Submitting report to our client status of our service level.

I’ve been an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for quit sometime now, assisting with newbie’s and taking escalation calls, doing 1 on 1 coaching with the team to provide tips on how to handle a concern or reason for the call.
Work Terms
i want to work as part time. 4 hours per day morning shift. i want to receive may payment bank to bank (BPI and EASTWEST BANK) and remittance will do as well.
