I am on a mission to help young HR leaders and managers to succeed in the various fields of a HR strategy. As former HR Head I hold the experience of feeling the pressure for results

I have a degree in Psychology by the University of Lisbon, a Master in Organisational Psychology by ISCTE, and and Executive Master in Coaching for Change by INSEAD. I worked for 8 years as HR Consultant in Lisbon, then another 10 years as Head of HR. I currently work as a HR freelance and as a social entrepreneur. Most of my professional experience is in Change Management and transformational projects in big companies. I have a solid experience as a generalist and am quite knowledgeable in many different areas of HR such as Reward & Benefits, Learning & Development, Career Planning, Performance Management, Leadership Coaching and Change Management. I have working experience in the banking sector, tech sector and public sector. My network is quite wide. I also volunteer for the Professional Women Networking as a Mentor. I also work as a Coach for young women and leaders. Since 2021 I have been dedicating myself to my social entrepreneurship project with a growth of more than 400% a year.

Work Terms

I charge a minimum of $200 per hour, can work up to 8 hours a day, 2 days a week. Direct transfer is preferential and my preferred style of communication is email or zoom, teams, or other video conferencing.
