* Export documentation: Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists
* Payment reconciliation between ERP records and ledgers — catching discrepancies before they become client-facing problems
* Advanced Google Sheets systems: automated dashboards, formula-driven reconciliation (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, custom functions), Apps Script automation

Work Terms
Availability:
Available 12-24 hours per week, depending on the type of project and urgency.
Communication Channel:
I confirm task requirements before starting to avoid rework and provide status updates at key milestones. Comfortable communicating through Guru messaging for ongoing projects.
Payment Terms
Milestone-based payment preferred for fixed-price projects. Hourly work invoiced weekly. Secured through Guru's SafePay for protection on both sides. For new clients, the first task will be delivered before full payment is released.
