Work Terms
We operate Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+6, Dhaka time). However, we are flexible and often respond to urgent messages outside these hours.
Payment terms: 50% upfront for fixed-price projects (via Guru SafePay or Escrow), remaining 50% upon completion. For hourly work, we use Guru's time tracker or manual log — you review and approve weekly.
Preferred communication: Guru messaging for project updates, and we can hop on a quick Zoom call for discovery. We respond within 4 hours on business days.
We deliver clean code, documentation, and 15 days of free support after project completion.
