My name is Katrina Gilmeneses. I am a Certified Medical Coder holding CPC, CIC, and CRC certifications through AAPC. My work requires a high level of attention to detail, consistent application of documented processes, and maintaining accurate records—skills that directly translate to data hygiene, data validation, and CRM data management. I am highly comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks while ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
I have experience working with spreadsheets, structured datasets, and documentation, and I have some familiarity with Salesforce with a strong interest in expanding my skills in CRM systems, data governance, and Revenue Operations. I am particularly interested in supporting lead and account data quality, maintaining clean records, and improving operational workflows that support Sales Operations and business systems.
I am offering full practice management and revenue cycle management services. I am also offering billing, medical coding/auditing, risk adjustment capture and auditing, HEDIS abstraction, general accounting/bookkeeping, data entry, and proofreading.
