I take care of your business as if it were mine.

I am an IT graduate from a reputable University here in the Philippines. I spent most of my work life in the Call center industry where I handled technical, financial (with a little bit of sales) and customer service support. During those times where I answered customer phone calls, I developed my communication and people skills as I talk to people from different walks of life. I learned how to be patient, courteous and help everyone the best way I can in the shortest time possible. I was promoted as a Trainer after years of hard work and perseverance. As a trainer, I learned how to manage and lead people. I facilitate classroom training for new hires. I also act as their supervisor for the first two weeks of handling phone calls. I left my office job since I gave birth to my son and wanted to spend time with him and guide him through his growing up years so I want to work for a home-based job.

Work Terms
