Executive Virtual Assistance , LinkedIn Optimizer ,Inbox Management
You gave tasks to 15 people in Monday's huddle. **By Friday, 3 got done.**
The rest are still in someone's head, buried in a Slack thread, or waiting for you to ask again. You started this company to build something — and somewhere between investor calls, a **board demanding 90-day traction, and the 14 meetings you somehow agreed to this week, you became your own operations manager, follow-up bot, and executive assistant, all at once.**
Your inbox has a partnership inquiry from last Tuesday sitting unread. Your Notion workspace has 47 half-finished pages nobody trusts. Three direct reports missed their deadlines this week — one of them still doesn't know it. **And the standup you scheduled to fix all of this produced 9 more action items nobody is tracking.**
At $1,500–$2,500 a month, a VA is 1–2% of your monthly burn. What it buys back is 15+ hours of your week — every week, for the entire runway.

## What I Do
**I attend every team huddle and capture every action item — logged in your preferred project management tool with owner, deadline, and status. I personally follow up with your direct reports before deadlines hit, so nothing quietly slips.**
**I triage your inbox daily, draft and send routine response**s **using templates I build and verify, and surface only what genuinely needs your decision. I maintain your Notion or Asana hub, distribute meeting summaries within 2 hours of every call, and deliver a Monday briefing that gives you full operational visibility in 10 minutes.**
## Why I Can Do This
Nine years in plant HR, managing 300+ shop-floor employees across automotive and manufacturing operations, taught me what it takes to hold a team accountable at scale. I ran full employee lifecycles, cut a standard 3-day onboarding process down to a single day by building documentation systems that made it repeatable, and handled escalations where the cost of dropping something was real. I also co-built a product business from sourcing to launch — so when a founder describes running everything at once, I know what that feels like from the inside.
## By the Numbers
- **9 years of industrial HR operations**
- **300+ employees managed across manufacturing plants**
- **99% payroll accuracy across 120-person teams**
- **MBA in HR and Marketing**
**Tools I use daily:** ChatGPT · Otter.ai · Fireflies.ai · Notion · Asana · ClickUp · Google Workspace
