KBR Global was founded in 2025, but the story starts earlier.

We used to run a marketing and consulting company. Worked with crypto startups on code structure and whitepapers, helped new companies with marketing strategy, branding, design - the full package.

Then we kept running into the same bottleneck. Whenever we needed to build websites or integrated systems for our own projects, we had to coordinate multiple vendors. Designer here, developer there, hosting somewhere else. It was a mess.

So we brought those capabilities in-house as a complementary service. Hired developers and specialists to handle web development for our own needs.

That's when we noticed something. Every client coming to us for marketing had the same problem we just solved. They needed reliable web development but couldn't find teams that actually delivered without the usual agency chaos.

The demand was clear. Companies wanted one partner who could build their platforms, B2B systems, and custom applications without all the coordination headaches.

So we split off a completely separate company focused exclusively on that - KBR Global. No marketing, no consulting, just web development and IT solutions.

Every project gets one dedicated manager from start to finish. They coordinate the specialists behind the scenes, but the client works with one person who knows their project inside out.

Work Terms

We prefer fixed-price projects with clear scope and milestone payments. Standard structure is 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 30% on delivery.
Our hourly rate is $65/hour for maintenance work and smaller tasks. Minimum project size is $5,000.
Communication: You'll get responses within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekly updates on progress. We schedule calls in your timezone when needed.

Timeline: Most medium platforms take 4-8 weeks. Larger projects scale up, smaller ones move faster. Rush delivery costs extra but we can accommodate it.

What we need: Clear requirements doc, access to systems we're integrating with, timely feedback on milestones, one main contact on your side.

Changes and revisions: Two revision rounds per milestone are included. Additional work gets billed hourly at our standard rate.

Payment: We use Guru SafePay for security. Funds release when you approve each milestone.

After delivery: We offer maintenance packages or hourly support. Most clients stay with us for ongoing work.
