Work Terms
Availability: I typically work Monday–Saturday and respond to messages within 24 hours.
Payment Terms: I accept fixed-price and hourly projects. For fixed-price projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payments are made securely through Guru's SafePay system.
Project Process: I start every project with a short discovery conversation to understand your business goals, target customers, and design preferences. From there, I provide a project timeline and keep you updated with progress throughout.
Revisions: Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure the final result matches your expectations. Additional changes beyond that can be arranged at an agreed rate.
Communication: I stay responsive through Guru's messaging system throughout the project, with regular updates on progress.
Turnaround Time: Timeline depends on project size and complexity I'll always provide a clear estimate before we begin.
