I worked as a Customer Service and Sales Representative and Fax Queue coordinator. I was responsible for managing call flows with up to 10 calls in queue per minute, I was also responsible for faxing out important and sensitive documents to customers. I would also take over for the Supervisor or Team Lead when they were not available.

I have 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager. I was responsible for placing and approving order, receiving and answering emails, speaking to suppliers on a daily basics and also issuing payments.

Work Terms

I am available to work 30 hours per week.
