Work Terms

My Goal: To provide high-quality, reliable, and production-ready data science solutions that deliver measurable value to your business. To ensure a smooth collaboration, here are my standard work terms:

1. Communication & Availability
- Primary Hours: I am available from 09:00 to 17:00 WIB (GMT+7), Monday to Friday.
* Response Time: I will respond to all messages within 24 business hours.
* Preferred Channels: We will use the platform's messaging system for all project-related communication. For high-bandwidth discussions, we can schedule video calls (via Google Meet/Zoom) in advance.
* Updates: I provide clear, consistent progress updates (e.g., every 2-3 days or upon completing a milestone) so you are never left guessing.

2. Project Workflow
* Discovery: Every project begins with a brief call or detailed message exchange to fully understand your goals, requirements, and "definition of done."
* Scope & Proposal: I will provide a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, and a clear timeline with milestones.
* Milestones: All projects (especially larger ones) will be broken down into clear, manageable milestones. Payment will be tied to the approval of these milestones.

3. Payment & Revisions
* Payment: All payments must be processed through the platform's milestone system. Work begins after the first milestone is funded.
* Scope Creep: Any work requested that falls outside the original, agreed-upon scope will be considered an "add-on." I will provide a separate quote and timeline for any new requests.

Revisions: The project fee includes one or two (1-2) rounds of reasonable revisions per deliverable. Further revisions will be billed at my standard hourly rate.

4. Deliverables & Data
* Confidentiality: All client data and project details are treated as strictly confidential.
* Final Deliverables: Upon final payment, you will receive all agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., source code, trained models, reports) as defined in our proposal.
