I’m a CREATIVE CONSULTANT based in the Philippines. I've been functioning as a one-woman ad agency for almost a decade now and have worked on marketing, digital and event materials for companies big and small such as Galderma Philippines, Trend Micro Inc., Megaworld International, and the Abenson Group.

Work Terms
PAYMENT TERMS:
I prefer fixed rate projects.
50% DP after approval of cost estimate and project timetable.
50% balance to be settled after submission of final artwork.
My usual process is:
1. INITIAL BRIEFING: discuss requirements, project brief and timetable
2. COST PROPOSAL: present my cost estimate and working timeline for client approval
3. INITIAL DESIGN OPTIONS: work on the initial design / over-all look after receiving cost approval and DP
4. PRESENT INITIAL DESIGN OPTIONS and wait for FEEDBACK
5. REVISIONS (max of 3 major)
6. FINAL ARTWORK SUBMISSION
There might be other things to consider given that each project is unique, so the explanation above is just to give a general idea. ;)
