I am young man aged 33 from Harare, Zimbabwe who is very experienced in customer service. I have over 8 years experience working face to face and telephone customer support with variousorganisations.I started out my carrer in the ospitality industry to the hardware indutry but my mai focus in all this has always been customer service. I have served in managerial positions in the reatail industry with one of the biggest clothing retailers in my country. During this time i have learnt a lot and managed to participate in departmental streamlining exercises. I have a Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Work Terms
I am available for any number of hours be it day or night shift.
