Work Terms
1. Hourly Rate: My hourly rate for graphics design and UX/UI design services is $15 per hour.
2. Scope of Work: I will provide graphics design and UX/UI design services as per the project requirements. This may include creating logos, banners, social media graphics, website mockups, user interface design, and other related design tasks.
3. Communication: Communication is essential for successful project collaboration. I will be available for discussions and updates during regular business hours (specify your local time zone) through Guru.com messaging, email, or other agreed-upon communication channels.
4. Project Evaluation and Quoting: Before starting any project, I will evaluate the requirements and provide a detailed quote specifying the estimated number of hours and total cost for the project. This will be based on the complexity of the task, deliverables, and any specific client preferences.
5. Payment Terms: For hourly projects, I will log all the hours worked using Guru.com's time tracking system or any other mutually agreed-upon tool. Payment will be made through Guru.com's platform based on the agreed-upon hourly rate and the actual number of hours worked. For fixed-price projects, payment milestones and terms will be agreed upon before commencing the project.
6. Revisions: I will provide a reasonable number of revisions as necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Major design changes that deviate from the original project scope may be subject to additional charges.
7. Copyright and Ownership: Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the client will own all rights and copyrights to the final design. Until full payment is received, I retain ownership of any draft or interim design elements.
8. Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality, and I will treat all project-related information as confidential unless agreed otherwise. I am open to signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.
