Work Terms

Working Hours

The Service Provider shall render services for a standard duration of eight (8) working hours per business day, from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any services requested or required outside the standard working hours shall be subject to prior written approval by both parties and may attract additional charges as mutually agreed.

Communication

All formal communication relating to the services, including but not limited to project instructions, approvals, change requests, deliverables, and notices, shall be conducted exclusively via mail

Mail communication shall be deemed valid, binding, and admissible for all contractual purposes. The parties acknowledge that mail correspondence shall serve as official documentation for project governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Payment Terms

The Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider in accordance with the fees, milestones, and payment schedule specified in the applicable Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Payments shall be made in advance or as per defined milestones.

Invoices issued by the Service Provider shall be payable within the agreed payment period from the invoice date.

Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of services without liability to the Service Provider.

Any delays in payment may impact project timelines and delivery commitments.

All payments shall be made without deduction or set-off, unless expressly agreed in writing.
