I am Billing Expert with 8 years experience of working in Online Payment Processing and Customer support.
I'm skilled in Payment Risk Management (Fraud detection), Negotiation, Customer Support and E-commerce processes in general. Especially experienced in working with payment platforms such as PayPal, CyberSource, Global Payment AP (MiGS), Skrill and HSBC.
Since 2010. I've been working remotely for a Chinese company. During this period, I've successfully worked in company's Billing Department as Billing Expert and in time was promoted to be a Department Team Leader; since then, I've successfully managed Billing Department team for Chinavasion Wholesale Ltd. with the record of the lowest PayPal Chargeback rate in the industry (data from Hong Kong PayPal office in 2015). Also, this position gave me opportunity to organize and lead several projects and arranged conference or in-office meetings with people from different companies and different parts of the world.
Beside my Online Payment Processing expertise, I'm also very experienced in Customer support (especially payment related), and have entry level knowledge of Inbound marketing, SEO, link building and HTML.
