Excellent Customer Service
I have almost 10 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. customers. I trained and work for large call center in the Philippines. I took calls as Customer Service Associate for a total of 6 years, worked as part of the Back Office team for an insurance company for 3 years and I was able to handle my own team as a team lead trainee for a year servicing the second largest bank in the US. I feel great whenever I was able to comprehend well and help customer resolve their issue. As customer solutions officer typically needs to be able to help clients with a wide variety of issues. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, and it also enhanced my skills in multi-tasking and analyzing customers concern.
