From the hotel front desk to Salesforce support - If it is Customer Service, I've got you covered!

I have a wide array of experience involving Customer Service and beyond. My professional career started off in hotels, working at the Front Desk and Reservations, and continued into the software industry including a short time in QA. Currently, my full time gig is supporting clients who need CRM implementation support with our product, as well as projects such as large data appends.

Work Terms

I am available to work during non "business hours". I complete work on the evenings and on weekends.
