In search for remote customer support job.

I am 31 year old coming from Belgrade, Serbia.
For the past 3 years I have been employed in NCR.
From July 2017 I've been a Help Desk Agent in Walmart and Sainsbury teams, receiving 40-80 calls a day, number depends on call fluctuation on a specific day. Also, have been involved in peak season for Walmart, where the number of calls and chats is significantly higher. In Sainsbury team, was one of the members who was initially in Proactive team, where the problems were solved without store associate reporting it.
From May 2019 I've been in a position Time & Material billing analyst. My job is to review closed Service request and making a billing decision that is builed on customer contract and type of service provided to the client.

Work Terms

40 hr/week
10-12$ /hour
I am open for all shifts available.
