I'm an experienced cold caller who can do the whole nine yards of the sales process. I've spent the past five years working in the self-publishing industry as an author consultant and acquisitions specialist. I constantly strive to attain proficiency, and I thrive in developing an innovative approach to engaging with prospects. Establishing a great working relationship with clients is of high importance to me as they'll ultimately turn into repeat customers.
Apart from sales and publishing, I also possess considerable experience in customer care, retentions, billing and collections, technical support, and even market research, be it voice, chat, or email, giving me a well-rounded edge.
Work Terms
