Work Terms
Available for hourly and fixed-price projects. I prefer to begin with clear requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and success criteria. For fixed-price projects, milestone-based delivery is preferred when appropriate.
I provide regular progress updates and communicate clearly about questions, risks, dependencies, or changes in scope. My preferred communication channel is Guru messaging, with video calls when useful for project alignment.
Working hours can be coordinated according to project needs and reasonable time-zone overlap. Payments and milestones should be managed through Guru.
