I seek jobs where I can utilize and develop my skills in customer service.

My name is Leoroe Doelin Jochri Buendia, 31 years old and currently residing in the Philippines. I graduated sometime in 2006 at STI San Pedro where I took Diploma in Information Technology. I started working in the BPO industry months before I graduated. I have experience in customer service, appointment setting, and debt collections. In line with this, I also had an experience in handling a team which includes making reports, call monitoring, and coaching. Unfortunately, 2 years ago I had to stop working because I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and gave me a very difficult time in standing and walking. As of now, I'am under medication to at least relieve the pain. Practically, I'am looking for a home based job so I could still earn while making myself better. During my leisure time, I play DOTA 2 since that is only online game I know how to play. I sometimes sing in the karaoke and most of my time I watch movies or read new over the internet. I love playing volleyball but due to my situation I had to stop playing as well.

Work Terms

I have not been employed remotely at home. However, I made some research and I would probably be available either full time or part time whichever is needed. Payment term will be thru paypal for safer transaction. I would also like to have our conversations thru email as a way of communication so everything will be documented.
