About

My goal is to help individuals and entrepreneurs find more time to devote to building a successful business.

My name is Lisa and I have over 20 years’ experience of administration management working for Royal Mail. Throughout my career I have worked in Events Management, Pensions, Finance, Voluntary Severance and Recruitment. Before my work in Royal Mail I worked in banking.

As a virtual Assistant I have a wealth of administration knowledge to call up on, which I have gained through my varied career. My strengths lie in organisation and an eye for detail, as most of my work has been in a financial capacity but I also have a long history of data management.

I have an NVQ in Recruitment Administration and I trained for two years to reach my Level 5 Accredited Pensions Examination. I have also trained as an event’s organiser whilst working on the Long Service Team within Royal Mail, organising the annual Long Service Awards ceremonies at The Belfry and Slaley Hall. I have also completed the four-week Springboard Programme empowering females in business.

My goal is to help individuals and entrepreneurs find more time to devote to building a successful business. I can do this by alleviating you of time consuming and stressful administrative duties by providing a highly professional virtual assistant service when you need it.
