Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Flexible. Available Monday to Friday and, if needed, weekends for urgent tasks. Timezone: GMT-3 (Brazil), but I adapt to clients worldwide.
Payment Terms: Prefer working with milestone-based payments for larger projects, or hourly billing for ongoing tasks. Upfront milestone funding is required before starting each phase to ensure security for both sides.
Communication: Open and transparent. Preferred channels include Guru chat, Email, Slack, or WhatsApp (if needed). Regular updates are provided, along with progress reports after each milestone or key deliverable.
Turnaround Time: Dependable and fast. I strive for timely delivery without compromising quality.
Confidentiality: Full respect for client privacy. NDAs are welcomed and adhered to when necessary.
