Hi, I'm Lynn, your future Virtual Assistant. I have over 3 decades of life experience and a decade of working experience to share. I'm a mother of 2 wonderful kids, an 11-year-old boy and a 10-month-old baby girl. I love spending time indoors watching crime documentary series during my free time, which means baby is asleep time LOL. On a serious note, I've worked in the BPO industry for 5 years and a little over 6 years as a Virtual Assistant, which entails multiple hats and masks to wear to get the job done. Since the Pandemic happened, I feel like travelling from home to work and vice versa is just a waste of time. That is why, now in my 30's era, I very much prefer and would love to continue working from home as much as possible.

Working in the BPO industry honed my Customer Service skills, not only that, I also learned to be a flexible employee and how to effectively multitask. I never knew that those skills could also be used in the freelancing world. And so when I started working as a Virtual Assistant, my first role was a Bookkeeper, which I didn't have much background in, so much more knowledge in that field. Either way, because of my perseverance and willingness, I was able to excel and contribute to the company's success. All the knowledge and added skills that I acquired from my first ever client were beneficial because I was able to use those in my previous employer, where I worked as their Finance Manager. I'm confident that I will continue using all the skills that I've gained over the past years towards my future role.
