Work Terms (with my fees)
Amazon FBA Wholesale
My monthly fee for Amazon FBA wholesale account management is 350 USD per month. This covers product research, supplier communication, listing updates, inventory and shipment coordination, and regular performance reporting for your account. Payments are made through Guru SafePay on a monthly recurring basis.
Amazon FBA Private Label
My private label service fee is 500 USD per month, plus 10% of net profit from the products I manage. The fixed monthly part is paid via SafePay, and the profit-based part can be set as separate milestones (for example, monthly or quarterly) after we review the store performance reports together.
eBay Drop‑shipping & Stock Model
For eBay store management (both drop‑shipping and stock model), my fee is 40% of net profit generated from the listings and operations I manage. We will track profit using clear reports agreed before starting, and payments can be structured as fixed milestones based on expected profit ranges to follow Guru’s payment rules.
TikTok Shop & Walmart
For TikTok Shop and Walmart marketplace management, my fee is also 40% of net profit from the products I manage. As with eBay, we will agree in advance on how net profit is calculated and convert that into fixed or recurring milestone payments inside Guru for smooth and transparent billing.
General terms
All work and payments will be handled through Guru using SafePay for the protection of both parties. Before starting, we will create an Agreement that clearly defines the scope of work, method for profit, and payment schedule. I am open to custom structures (fully fixed monthly or hybrid) for long‑term partners
