✅ Scope & Payment Terms

👉🏼 Project Scope: The agreed quote includes only the initial project deliverables; any extra features, pages, or major changes requested later will be treated as change requests and may incur extra charges.
👉🏼 Payment Structure: For fixed-price jobs, I use milestone payments (e.g., 50% start, 50% completion). Larger projects have flexible schedules. Hourly work is tracked via Guru’s Time Log for transparency.
👉🏼 Payment Release: After you approve a milestone, the payment for it will be requested. The final payment must be made before I transfer any final source files or administrative access.
👉🏼 Revisions: The proposal allows 2-5 revision rounds per milestone; extra revisions may incur additional fees.

👉🏼 Primary Communication: All communication and file sharing must be done through Guru.com
👉🏼 Feedback & Approval: Client approval and timely written feedback are essential to keep the project on track.
👉🏼 Project Timeline: Project timelines depend on timely client materials and feedback; delays affect delivery.

✅ Intellectual Property & Assets

👉🏼 Client-Supplied Materials: You ensure all provided materials are owned or legally used by you; I am not liable for copyright issues from client-supplied content.
👉🏼 Source Files & Ownership: Full ownership and source files transfer after final payment is received.
👉🏼 Third-Party Tools & Licenses: Project cost excludes third-party premiums (themes, apps, stock photos); such expenses and licenses are the client's responsibility.
