I am a self employed Customer service and Sales professional
I have more than 7 years of customer service experience (including online and over the phone). For the last 4 years, have been using Zendesk to solve customer issues and queries regarding their products via Online Chat, Emails and Phone. Taking Inbound and Outbound calls, Email support and live chat support, documentation and preparing purchase order, typing, proof reading, translation, product documentation are my key skills.
Also I do documentation and invoicing for the purchase order.
Work Terms
I will be available over the call/email/phone/watsap. I am very flexible in payment terms as am not a money minded person and i do this freelancing as a passion with dedication to develop my skills to a larger extent.
