I'm a senior software engineer and automation consultant with 26 years of hands-on experience delivering production systems for defense contractors, federal agencies, financial institutions, and healthcare organizations.
I specialize in short-term, high-impact contract work — the kind of projects where something is broken, behind schedule, or just needs someone who's seen it before and can move fast. Azure DevOps pipelines, .NET and Python backends, SQL Server performance, API integrations, system automation — these are the problems I solve every week.
Recent work includes designing and building a full Azure CI/CD pipeline at First Franklin Financial (358 branches, 9 states), delivering a compliance automation system at Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC in 6 weeks against a 3-month estimate, and building Dynamics 365 CRM plugins for the VA's veteran travel reimbursement platform via Booz Allen Hamilton.

Work Terms / Additional Notes:
I work on a 1099/contract basis and am available for fixed-price projects or hourly engagements. For short-term "fix it" work (debugging, pipeline issues, integrations, SQL problems), I can typically start within 24–48 hours. For larger scopes, I'm happy to do a paid discovery hour before committing to a full estimate. I do not take on full-time or W2 roles at this time.
