About

I'm an Italian native speaker, born and raised in Italy (Rome), motivated and workaholic since I have always to improve and I continue to refine my skills.

For years I have organized events in Rome, managing and training almost 400 staff members. I managed almost 7 events a month as Event Planner and Counselor for events with thousands of participants.
Refining my skills in these years, such as problem solving, leadership, team building, sales techniques, negotiation, management, public relations and stress management.

In the last 2 years I worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Italian, French, English and Portuguese) for a multinational in Portugal.
I started to work in Italian language and my speed in solving customer problems and the quality of my work led me to reach the promotion after only 3 months. Then I worked for more than 1 year in Italian, English and French language within the multinational in a night shift team.

In the last period I worked for a department in the gaming field and in less than a month I've reached the corporate targets in terms of work speed, quality, feedback and operation that the company normally requires after several months.

Work Terms

I am open to new job opportunities and I am available up to a maximum of 40 hours per week, I prefer a weekly payment through verified platforms and always communicate through verified platforms.
