About

I am a very hard working and dedicated individual who cares deeply about their work and always strives for excellence.

I am a native English speaker living in Seattle. I love working with the general public and am able to work with a very diverse group of people on a daily basis.I currently have over 4 years of experience as a Telecommunicator in a high volume call center. This is a fast pace and ever changing environment. This job has taught me how to communicate well with others, I can quickly learn new software on the computer, multitask, work well with others and also independently. I am very familiar with New World and the Spillman CAD system, Access, DAPS , Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Windows XP and use them on a daily basis. At SNOCOM I had to organize and file several types of confidential records and paperwork. I have 5 years of Quality Assurance checks that I had to complete bi-monthly and yearly at Nordstrom and also at Margaux’s Espresso. I also have over 6 years of accounting experience and also did the daily bookwork and yearly taxes for Margaux’s Espresso. I am able to communicate well with others both written and orally and have always maintained positive relationships with my co-workers and also the general public. I also set very high standards for sales goals at my coffee stand and had to meet similar expectations at Nordstrom. I did all the hiring, training and personnel management at Nordstrom and Margaux’s Espresso. I helped develop new trainings for both companies as well as manuals for new employees to learn the basic policies and procedures of the company. I am able to meet and exceed expectations of the tasks given to me. I always listen and obey the rules and I fully understand the policies and procedures. I am a fast learner and am able to plan and prioritize my assignments with little supervision needed. I can work well with others and work alone when needed. I also have a lot of experience handling highly stressful situations.

Work Terms

I can be paid weekly, monthly or by project and am also flexible depending on the job. I am available both by phone or email and have a very flexible schedule.
