Hospitality experienced.. specialty customer service/complain, request/ calls/ emails
Overtime working with Events team in my previous experience from a Five Star hotel, I have gain the knowledge and expertise through face to face meetings with clients, calls, emails, administration and working closely with Events Managers and back to back training on a very high paced environments.
In addition with that my communication skills is 7.5 English band in IELTS academically together with basic Dutch language. Furthermore my travels’ in European and Asian country made me familiarized different culture and society.
