For the past 4 years, I was in the BPO industry servicing international and financial accounts. I first worked as a claims specialist for a global bank. I handled claims cases, refunds and charge disputes. I then transitioned over to a brokerage firm as a financial customer service agent where I did trades, money movements, and other financial transactions for Face amount certificates, 529 plans and qualified retirement plans. My last stint was with a global travelling account. I was a support ambassador helping users book their accommodations, answer reservation inquiries and overall travel assistance . Just recently, I shifted to the corporate services world wherein I worked for a Singapore based fin tech company generating leads and doing email outreach as a sales admin executive. After a month, I was promoted to sales development representative taking sales calls with prospective clients. I find that my qualifications and personal strengths align with your needs and mission. For example, I am an excellent communicator. This was honed by years in the call center industry. I am confident in my ability to adjust my actions of behaviors as needed, and consider myself adaptable to all situations – not just change. I am also a quick study and can learn tools well and fast. I am detail oriented and have a solid customer service background. Plus, I'll do anything anyone can do with a story - read it, write it, speak it! Language is my passion and practicing it gets me going! Hence, my choice to be in the customer service industry. What better way to immerse myself in my passion than talking to people eight hours a day? 😂 You can add my countless poems and write ups to that too.
I have been a competitive journalist since childhood and, although I am not able to practice it professionally, I am still pursuing it until now.

Work Terms

I prefer to work on nightshift or on weekends but will still be able to finish tasks on weekdays. Hourly rate is also preferable. We can communicate though emails or phone calls.
