I worked in a customer service industry as well as in an office-based Virtual Assistant (VA) service company for almost 3 years. I was a Team Leader in both companies for more than a year supporting UK procurement company (office-based VA) helping small to medium businesses to reduce their annual spend on services and products and Australian telecommunications company (call center) handling customer enquiries with quality and efficiency.
