I put all mu focus and dedication to what ever I do. Completing and doing my job well is my goal.
As a customer service representative, I make sure to provide satesfaction to all of my clients. I use all my resources and knowledge to complete the task. I can work under a minimal supervision. I am honest and trustworthy. In my experience working in a call center, I mastered how to get the trust of my clients. I was able to develop my skills in communicating. Multitasking is also important. I was able to understand how customer service works.
Work Terms
I can work under pressure at different time. I am willing to adjust what ever the time will be assigned to me. I will not compromise anything to my job. I wanted to make sure that I have my focus to my job.
