Work Terms
- Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (WAT). Weekend work available upon prior agreement.
- Payment Terms: Projects are billed per milestone. A 50% upfront deposit is required, with the balance due upon completion. Payments accepted via PayPal, Payoneer, or direct bank transfer.
- Communication: Preferred communication through Guru messages and email. Video calls available for project discussions. Response time within 24 hours.
- Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions included per project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days depending on project scope. Rush delivery available upon request.
