To deliver good service

I am working on a BPO industry for 3 years now and i am looking for a home based job in which i can be more productive at the same time by working on my comfort zone. I can say that I am equipped with the knowledge of communicating the English language effectively. Having been trained for various accounts, from being a customer service representative and a technical support agent for a well-known telecommunications company in the United States. Have enhanced my ability to interact with different people. Being in the said industry also helped me improved my multitasking skills. Thinking fast, listening attentively, communicating with wit and jotting down information at the same time is quite a tough job, not to mention the patience and effort that you have to exert to deliver an outstanding customer service experience and going extra mile just to resolve a customer’s concern. With the skills I have acquired and learned from my BPO employers, I would like to take advantage and share it to other people/employers who have been looking for employees that has my qualifications and are willing to work at home.
