I am interested in data analysis and UX design research

I am Marwa Abdo Mohamed. I was an HR Analyst at Egypt Scholars, a nonprofit organization. I successfully cleaned and organized Egypt Scholars' volunteer data, enabling the CEO to make informed decisions and recognize loyal volunteers with awards during the annual festival. Later, I contributed to multiple projects aimed at improving the organization's mentoring website, making it more user-friendly. These enhancements led to a significant increase in applicants—from 100 to 600 candidates every three months.

Work Terms

Modernizing websites to enhance user experience, collecting and cleaning data to support decision-making, identifying potential website issues, and resolving them through research and analytical reports.
