Hello, I’m Mary Kuria, an Executive Virtual Assistant with over 5 years of experience supporting founders, CEOs, and startup teams in staying organized, efficient, and connected with their clients. My journey began with a passion for structure and communication. I’ve always believed that great leadership starts with great support behind the scenes.

Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in administrative management, client communication, project coordination, and social media management. I’m highly proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, Canva, and Loom, which I use to help businesses streamline workflows and deliver excellent client experiences.

What truly drives me is making work easier for others, freeing leaders from the daily details so they can focus on strategy and growth. My work is guided by values of reliability, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving. I take pride in anticipating needs before they arise and handling each task with care and discretion.

Outside of work, I enjoy creative design projects, exploring productivity tools, and continuous learning, anything that helps me grow both personally and professionally. I also love connecting with entrepreneurs and learning about innovative ideas that shape the future of business.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I work on a flexible schedule, typically available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT). However, I can adjust my hours to accommodate different time zones or urgent project needs with prior notice.

Payment Terms:
As a freelance professional, I accept payments through secure and convenient platforms that are easiest for the client. Invoices can be issued based on project milestones or on a weekly/monthly retainer basis, depending on what we initially agreed.

Communication Style:
I value clear, timely, and professional communication. I primarily connect via email, Slack, or Zoom, but I’m flexible and open to using other communication tools that best fit the client’s workflow. I provide regular progress updates, maintain transparency, and ensure every detail is handled with care and precision.
