I’m Shahariar, an Instagram Growth Specialist passionate about helping brands and creators grow authentically. I started my journey learning how social media works by experimenting with my small projects. What began as curiosity soon turned into a skill I now use to help others grow their presence online.
While I may not have years of agency experience, I’ve worked with individual creators, small brands, and startups, building strategies that focus on real growth, not fake numbers. My values are simple: honesty, clear communication, and a focus on results. I don’t believe in shortcuts like bots or fake engagement. I believe in strategy, creativity, and consistency.
One thing that shaped my work ethic: during college, I helped a friend grow her small fashion page from just a few followers to a real audience, using nothing but Reels, hashtags, and a good content plan. Seeing her first sale come through was the moment I knew this was what I wanted to do.
Outside of work, I’m a fan of football, design, and learning about digital trends. I also enjoy writing and building things from scratch, whether it’s a content plan or a new creative project.
