Dedicated 5 years in customer service I am very hard working and will strive more especially with the right motivation. I am very straight-forward and believe that I would rather ask questions than assume to avoid any errors. In truth, I know that I have a lot to look forward to and learn, but with the right training and people to work with, I may be just the right one for the job. I can handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extensions. Calm angry callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution, and design best-option solutions. Interface daily with internal partners in accounting, new customers, operations, and consumer affairs divisions. I've also worked with the Credit Card Operations Department, as an administrative assistant performing data entry, payroll and another administrative task.
